Private bookings stay private. Overrides keep a reason.

What can we book with it?
Any space with a time attached: meeting rooms, halls, auditoriums, labs, courts, gyms, pools, guest rooms, desks.
Can two people book the same slot?
No. The slot is checked and locked as the booking is made.
What if someone books and does not come?
If check-in is required, the slot is released after the grace time. No-shows count as strikes, and enough strikes pause that person's bookings.
Can we charge some people and not others?
Yes. A facility can be free, paid, or paid only for other companies or outside bookers.
Does it control door locks?
No. Check-in is by a QR code on the door, a tablet display or the front desk.
Can we use it for several buildings or cities?
Yes. Each site has its own hours, holidays, time zone and managers.
